2009 Sauvignon Blanc (Adelaide Hills)
2009 was one of the best vintages in the Adelaide Hills of the last decade with cool mild weather during the ripening period. The resulting grapes had exceptional flavour intensity and complexity coupled with ample natural acidity. This wine exhibits pungent varietal aromas of guava, pineapple and hints of grapefruit and snow pea. The palate is tasty, lively, long and dry. - Stephen Pannell
